That’s why we were thrilled to launch VentureSpace inside a historic building in Norman called The Railhouse. Among all the spaces we were exploring, The Railhouse stuck out as so much more than an address to commute to. It immediately felt like a home where we can establish roots and thrive into something grand and unique. We’re approaching the end of our second year here, and the feeling of awe we’ve had since the beginning is still there, just as strong as when we first set foot in The Railhouse for the first time.
An environment like that simply doesn’t compare to an everyday office. Aesthetics can have a huge, lasting impact on what it feels like to go to work. Maybe we’re biased, but we’d choose a place like VentureSpace over renting a simple office every day of the week.
Scalability

By leasing an office space directly from a property manager, the idea of moving to a larger or smaller office becomes tedious depending on your leasing contract. You may only have a small window to make changes when your lease is up for renewal every 12 months.
When you have a membership at a coworking space, upgrading or downgrading can typically happen within a month or two of when you give notice. It’s the perfect option if you aren’t sure how much space you’ll want, or how quickly your team might grow. With coworking, there’s no need to worry about small renewal windows. You can just let us know that you’re ready to move up in size, and we’ll make sure you have everything you need to make that transition when you’re ready. Why would we want to stifle such exciting growth with something like a lease contract?
